What are the requirements for being on the CREW team?
CREW members need to be high school juniors or seniors who are already Confirmed or are on track to be Confirmed this October.
CREW members have to attend a mandatory training before serving. The first training will be held on Sunday August 30th at 9am.
What is the time commitment to CREW?
CREW members will be asked to arrive early each week on Sunday, 6:00pm to help get ready for the night.
Crew will also receive Leadership Development training 2-3 times per month. Trainings will be on Thursday nights from 7-9pm. (please see calendar for dates)
What exactly will CREW members be doing?
There will be several different parts to the CREW. Teens may be involved in the different teams depending on each person’s time commitment. The following are some of the teams (some names TBA):
Planning Crew- Teens will work directly with CORE Team members in planning Sunday Nights and other events. All Crew are expected to participate in planning as a part of leadership development.
Pit Crew- For teens who want to help with set-up, tear-down of Sunday nights, welcoming teens to events, reading announcements, and helping with service projects.
Skit Crew- Here teens will get involved with a regular component of the Sunday teaching Nights. Calling all actors!
Media Crew- Create fun, informational, and inspirational, video content to be posted to the website.
Small Group Crew- Trained teens will aid Core members in facilitating small group discussions on Sunday nights.
